You may try one limited preview without providing a name. Registered use requires an email address and creates a persistent service account so we can keep pass balances, sessions, purchases, coupons, and delivery state. Do not submit names, addresses, financial information, health records, or other details that are not needed for relationship guidance.
When you submit a message or screenshot for analysis, the content is processed by our service and sent to a third-party AI provider to generate a response. Registered conversations, session summaries, and service events may be stored so the product can maintain session history, safety, pass usage, and support. We do not sell or rent message content. We do not use your messages to train models unless a separate, explicit consent flow says otherwise.
We store the email used for account access and may store pass balances, purchase identifiers, webhook delivery records, coupons, and failed-order support records. Payment card details are handled by the checkout provider and are not stored by UNDERtext. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in and every marketing message must provide an unsubscribe method.
We use browser local storage and may use cookies or similar technology for session state, abuse prevention, language, and service operation. Analytics must not be configured to build advertising audiences from message content or relationship-hardship signals.
Account, conversation, purchase, and operational data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. Before public activation, UNDERtext must publish specific retention periods or criteria and verify deletion behavior end to end.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection for personal data we hold. Contact us at contact@solmiir.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where legally required.
