UNDERtext sells digital passes that are consumed when you use the service. Because passes are a digital product that can be used immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
Refund requests for unused passes may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the passes must not have been used. Partially used pass packages are not eligible for a full refund.
Email contact@solmiir.com with your order reference number and a brief description of your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
Refunds are processed in accordance with LemonSqueezy's refund and dispute policies, as LemonSqueezy is our payment processor. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
